T-shirts

All short-sleeved t-shirts (store or custom) on my website are manufactured by Gildan. The t-shirts are made from super soft 100% cotton, with double stitching for durability. They are stylish and have a modern, European fit.

These high-quality Gildan t-shirts, made in the USA, are loose-fitting, comfortable, breathable, and machine washable. The t-shirts are also unisex, meaning they are designed to fit both men and women.

What method do I use for printing?

I use the DTF (Direct-to-Film) method for printing on t-shirts. Thanks to this modern technology, the prints on the t-shirts are vibrant, colorful, and sharp. Additionally, each print is pressed onto the t-shirt twice, making it very durable and able to withstand up to 100 washes.

How to wash printed t-shirts

Printed t-shirts, although durable, require proper care to maintain their attractive appearance for a long time.
Washing printed t-shirts is best done at low temperatures, usually not exceeding 86°F/30°C.

Warm water can cause fading, and hot water can damage the prints. Cold water is ideal. It is also recommended to turn the t-shirt inside out before putting it in the washing machine, which further protects the print from direct abrasion against the washing machine drum.

Equally important as washing is the correct drying technique. High temperatures and intense drying in a tumble dryer can cause cracking, fading, and shrinking of printed fabrics over time. For best results, use the lowest possible temperature setting. Dry the

t-shirts inside out. Remove the clothes before the full cycle is complete. The less the graphics are exposed to heat, the better.

Regarding ironing, most printed t-shirts do not require this step, but if it is necessary, avoid direct contact of the iron with the print. You can use special ironing paper or iron the t-shirt through a thin cloth. By following these simple rules, your custom-printed t-shirt will look like new for a long time.

Shipping

Most products are shipped via USPS, but shipping via UPS is also available. On the "Checkout" page, in the "delivery details" section, please provide the exact address where the product should be delivered. If you live in an apartment, please also include the apartment number, e.g., 100 W Chicago Ave, Apt 233.

Two shipping methods are available:

Standard shipping – delivery time 3-6 business days
Express shipping – delivery time 2-3 business days

Shipping is free for purchases of $100.00 USD or more.

After making a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Before the product is shipped, you will receive another email confirming the shipment along with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package. You can use the tracking number on the USPS or UPS website (depending on the shipping method) by entering the tracking number in the "Tracking" section. The courier companies send automatic notifications when the package is on its way to the recipient, has been delivered, or an attempt has been made to deliver it.

If you do not receive your package, please contact USPS or UPS and provide them with the tracking number so they can check the location of your package. If you still do not receive your package, please contact me.

Returns and refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it. The return period is 14 days from the date of receiving the t-shirt. To receive a refund for the returned t-shirt, it must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and without stains. If the t-shirt was damaged during delivery by the courier company, please take a picture immediately and send it to me using the contact form. Please also describe what happened. The refund process will take place after receiving and inspecting the returned t-shirt. Approved refunds will be transferred to the original payment method within 3-7 business days (processing time depends on the payment service provider).

Account registration

If you want to speed up the ordering process on the website, you can create an account by clicking on "SIGN IN OR JOIN" in the upper right corner. After registering, you can enter your details, such as your first name, last name, phone number, and address. For subsequent purchases, simply log in to avoid re-entering this information on the checkout page. By clicking on the icon after logging in, you can also view your previous orders (my orders).
