YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO SUBMIT A CLAIM​

For damaged, misprinted, wrong, or defective products
Our fulfillment center has a three-step quality control process. However, in rare cases, damaged or incorrect products may slip through or be damaged in transit. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a detailed description and clear photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. Once we review and approve your request, we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement of your product.

​The order failed to deliver
If a shipping carrier is unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address or problems in transit, it’ll be returned to the fulfillment center. If you did not received your package, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the order is considered lost by the carrier and falls within this timeframe, we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement of your product.

Before we issue a refund or replacement:

Check the shipping address: Please ensure that the delivery address was entered correctly.

Contact the local post office: Sometimes the package is nearby, and the post office can help locate it.

Wait an additional 24-48 hours, as packages sometimes show as delivered but arrive later.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

​Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.

For replacements, it takes 5-9 business days to receive them.

Please note:
You can still cancel or change an order after submitting it, but you must notify us within one business day. Once the order enters the production process, it cannot be canceled or changed. We accept no liability if you ordered the wrong size, product, or entered an incorrect shipping address on the checkout page.
